Schatzi’s Design Gallery & Day Spa, LLC (Schatzi’s) is a natural hair and personal care salon with a warm and nurturing ambiance for clients to “Embrace the Beauty of You.”  Schatzi’s is located at 258 W. Schatzi’s was conceptualized to address the current gap in hair and beauty care services for people seeking more natural alternatives to harsh chemical treatments, which often damage the mind, body and soul.  Schatzi’s design gallery provides services that nurture natural hair.  Procedures include twists, locks, coils, cornrows and Cancun-Caribbean braids.  But this is not your standard braiding salon.  The hair care regimen of Schatzi’s is one which achieves the health and vitality of the client’s natural hair.  The approach is client-focused with its foundation built upon a policy of “no waiting.”

For those seeking to transition from chemical processes to natural styles, licensed cosmetologists are on staff to work in conjunction with natural designers to guide clients successfully though the “naturalization” process.  The primary goal is to usher clients through the transition process with styles that are professional and respectful of the natural texture of the hair.  Those not yet ready to transition can still enjoy any one of their specialized, chemical-free treatments including hot oil, protein and Henna.

Massage therapy treatments are available, and facial/skin care treatments began in August 2009.

Please call (919) 844-1933 between 12-4pm M-F to schedule an appointment for a free consultation.  Services are available between 10am-6pm M-F and 8am-6pm Saturday by appointment.  Schatzi’s takes VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
